Maintenance Manager

Trillium Staffing is now seeking a Maintenance Manager!

This is a full time direct hire opportunity in Davenport, IA working 1st shift, 40+ hours/week, salaried, with a pay range of $90k-$110k based on experience and full benefits.

In this role, you will:
 - Develop and lead a group of individuals responsible for plantwide maintenance.
 - Supervise approximately 10 individuals including team leads, technicians, and other support units.
 - Develop long-term strategic vision for the department and execute on strategy.
 - Lead organizational change, provide mentorship/guidance, and interact effectively with upper management in pursuit of obtaining business goals.

To qualify for this position, you will have:
 - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Finance 
 - 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role including direct supervision of staff, managing budgets of $1 million or more, and negotiating with unions.
 - Extensive experience in the manufacturing industry including machine repair and management.
